Summary:                    Pear XML RPC library doesn\'t handle empty strings
Description: 
The current release of CSWphp has a version of the Pear XML-RPC library
that doesn\'t properly handle empty structs. There is a newer release of
this library available on Pear\'s web site that fixes this problem (version
1.4.5)
