that is not "links.sourceforge.net". it is a fork.
This "bug report", then, does not belong in the category of "upgrade".

It becomes more of a feature request or something, along the lines of,

"links, the original, is obsolete. Please replace with the fork found at

   xxx.yyy...zzz".

Except that there are multiple.

and as a side note, we already have a package for one of the forks:
elinks.

Hmph. they really should have renamed the one you are referencing.

Or taken over the sourceforge area.

I'm not sure how best to deal with the transition/rename/whatever.
Please start a discussion on the maintainers list, if you're really like
to see the twibright version packaged.
