Summary:                    template set to use GAR v1
Description: 
Instructions on how to make a new package with GAR instruct to copy the
template - the template is set to use mGAR v1.

$ svn pg svn:externals pkg/template/trunk
gar https://gar.svn.sf.net/svnroot/gar/csw/mgar/gar/v1

It should be pointing to v2.
