If you have a read-only /usr file system through using a sparse zone you
can't install cswclassutils there. You need to install it from the global
zone instead. Maybe you did that because you had those file collisions? Did
you in that case use -G so it didn't get installed to all zones? Because
otherwise the dependency would be fulfilled.
