Summary:                    Perl 5.10 (csw) package breaks Nagios
Description: 
When updating perl to 5.10, Nagios starts to throw "segmentation
violations" and crashes. However, the SMF on Solaris continues to restart
the process unsuccessfully.

I checked it on Solaris 10 x86 and everything was fine with Nagios and Perl
5.10. Are you using Sparc?

Meanwhile I'll try to build a new package with the current Nagios version.
It might take some time.
