Description: 
$ ldd /opt/csw/bdb33/bin/db_dump | grep 'file not found'
	libtcl8.4.so =>	 (file not found)

$ dump -Lv /opt/csw/bdb33/bin/db_dump | grep libtcl8.4.so
[3]	NEEDED          libtcl8.4.so

Strange that only bdb 3.3 needs libtcl, although all have been conpiled
with tcl support. Anyway, rebuilding.
