Summary:                    init script fails to remove lock
Description: 
The /etc/opt/csw/init.d fails to remove the lock file when it exits. If
therefore your orca runs out of memory or crashes for any other reason the
service cannot restart.

The fix is very simple. See "additional information" for the one line
addition.

a long time ago and the issue is fixed.
