Summary:                    mgar doesn't support individual build recipe
checkouts
Description: 
The whole mode of operation of mgar is centered around a full build recipe
tree checkout. During the initial setup (mgar up --all), this takes a lot
of time even if a user only wants to work on a single package. Can mgar be
changed to support checkouts of individual build recipes?
