Summary: Puppet does not bootstrap on install to Solaris 11
Description:
I have found that on my solaris 11 zones puppet will not install and
bootstrap properly. I have narrowed this down to the fact that /var/lib is
not present by default on my non-desktop installs. If I make this
directory prior to installing the puppet3 package then puppet will start
normally. This directory is not part of the core OS but instead is a
deliverable of various packages. None of which are required or installed
by default with a basic solaris 11 zone.

Give it a whirl if you get time and let me know? I've tried it on a CSW
build host and it's OK.
