Summary:                    don't use _gxx suffix or gxx installation tree
Description: 
I propose to abandon the suffix and the gxx tree:

1. there is no other instance of Qt
2. our main-line compiler is gcc, thus gxx for C++

What do you think?

at first: yes
unless we try to build QT with SOS sometime.
but the problem I have is a build cycle takes much time and rebuild failed
recently (because some updates on the buildfarm?).
