The issue is that we have different components like Subversion, JDK, Ruby,
Python and Perl and that we are not done recompiling all things with the
same compiler (and probably never will due to JDK).

Nonetheless I finally fixed the issue and made an updated 1.9.3:
  http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#subversion

Please give them a try an let me know how it goes.
