[csw-buildfarm] New and updated perl modules in newpkgs/

Hi Phil,

i would like to publish perlconsole [1], which has a couple of
dependencies. I just uploaded the first ones to newpkgs/. Can these please
be published and then be installed on the buildfarm (buildfarm admin list
on CC).
