[csw-buildfarm] please update python and ruby on the build farm

Not sure what happened there.  Ruby is updated (and rubydev is
installed).  Python though remains a mystery...I'm hoping Phil can
chime in on this.

After updating the catalog files on 8s and 8x and then running:

awk '$1 ~ "python" {print}' /var/pkg-get/catalog-mirror

8s shows the python and python_tk packages but 8x doesn't...?  It's
not updated, but I'll do it when this is sorted out.
