[csw-buildfarm] Please install py_hachoir_parser, requirement for recent GAR enhancements

Hi,

I just 'up'ed GAR and unfortunately it bails out with

...

 ==> Verifying for installed package CSWpy-hachoir-core: installed
 ==> Verifying for installed package CSWpy-hachoir-parser: MISSING
...

Could this package please be installed on the farm so that we can all
enjoy an even better checkpkg (plus a working GAR of course ;). Thanks!
