I don't know about the catalog notification your forwarded...I think
it's the same as other catalog watching tools, but in addition to that
notification, I see:

http://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw/unstable/i386/5.10/catalog
http://www.opencsw.org/packages/ganglia_modules_solaris/

The first shows ganglia_modules_solaris and the second shows that it's
been detected and registered.  The second is derived from the first.

Are you perhaps fighting a stale mirror?
