[csw-buildfarm] Removal of CSWzope from the buildfarm

Buildfarm admins, can you remove CSWzope from the buildfarm?  I've
looked into updating it, but it requires Python-2.4.3, which we will
most probably not build.  It's latest version is from 2009, and it
looks like it's a dying or dead project.  Its only dependency is
buildbot, I'll look into removing that dependency, but I need CSWzope
to be absent on the buildfarm.  Thanks in advance!
