Ruby CI on Solaris

[NARUSE, Yui via buildfarm]

Hi,

Once I had extended the timeout.
But these days the disk seems too slow that it fails `svn checkout`
because it takes 1 hour.
It took less than 10min three days ago.
Maybe something IO hard task is running...
