Developer Studio 12.5 and 12.6 available?

Because of the cxx11 requirement, at minimum a working unique_ptr
implementation, CMake can be built with gcc >= 4.8 or devstudio >= 12.5.
The nightly builds though will be for all versions available on the system
to make sure that for the order compiler versions a prebuilt CMake can be
used to build a user's code, even if said compiler can't build CMake itself.
