Permission denied

I am using mgar commit and I attempted several times.

This is most certainly a quirk at SourceForge, just wait a while until they fix it.

it persists the day after :(

I thought a moment we had some kind of local storage, however

svn: E000013: Can't open file '/svn/p/gar/code/db/txn-current-lock': 
Permission denied


the path there is most probably "theirs" since we have no /svn on our 
machines!

I few days ago, I read that SF is no longer supporting CVS write access. May 
this be also true for svn?
