If you take a look at
http://mirror.opencsw.org/experimental.html#rrdtool, it looks like
Dago split the package into several parts with the Perl stuff being
one. Try:

# pkgutil -t http://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw/experimental/rrdtool -i pm_rrd

And then try again.
