Excerpts from Dagobert Michelsen's message of Sun Apr 05 17:17:17 -0400 2009:
> I found another issue: if an application adds somehow runtime linker
> pathes themselves the resulting binary contains pathes similar to
> /opt/csw/lib/$ISALIST:/opt/csw/lib:/opt/csw/lib

...and ruby is now sticking a /lib before everything else somehow too,
which is now starting to really tick me off.

Other than being wasteful and redundant, is the duplication of the
paths harmful?
