Depends.  Are there any files listed in your working directory that
show up in `svn status` as ?.  If so, those can produce the
UNCOMMITTED tag.  The best approach here is to either commit the files
or add them to the ignore list.

If there are no stray/uncommitted files and you're still getting that
status, it's a bug.
