[csw-maintainers] roundcube webmail?

I tried to send an email to maintainers using roundcube mail.opencsw.org.

I got a bounce saying...

    Update on Subversion

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list"
...

is this normal?
