Might be if there were no-one out there shipping identically named
utils installing in the same place, who might just go ahead and
upgrade thiers in an incompatible way. But there is.

This is a general problem obviously, not just for this package and
classutils, which opencsw and blastwave persist in ignoring.

As for the question of how we reimplement something which we've done,
which IMHO we should not have done, with an identical feature set I
don't know (I simply don't understand enough about the features of
classutils to make a suggestion at this stage). I'll have a think, and
maybe pick some brains on IRC at a better time.[1]
