changes:
	removed dependency on libsunmath
added --disable-fast-install this stops libtool from enabling -fast
linking which in turn disables the libsunmath requirement.

I was able to build php_gd without errors against this version in my
sandbox.  I will try to compile a couple more apps against it and see
how it does.

Please test and provide feedback

NOTE: there is an old version of gd in testing.
new version is REV=2009.02.19
