[csw-maintainers] Thematics month proposal

I like the idea and I've got another theme for you (or perhaps and 
extension of the April theme):  Clean up remaining libtool (*.la) files 
(even if it's just repackaging old builds).

Somewhere in here should fit a release schedule for the stable branch.
