[csw-maintainers] Now available: build9s

Fellow maintainers,

an OpenCSW-user has recently requested an updated version from top.
top needs to be compiled on each Solaris version separately, so it
is necessary to have a Solaris 9 build infrastructure. The Sparc
server is available now:

   build9s

Let me know if you encounter anything strange.
The x86 version build9x will follow soon.
