[csw-maintainers] [csw-buildfarm] please install autogen on the buildfarm

I received a bug report on this issue but:

1. mkdirentries is/was in CSWtexinfo
2. autogen depends on CSWtexinfo
3. cannot reproduce on a nominal installation

Does this occur only on the machines in the build farm?
