[csw-maintainers] mod_wsgi, how to get it from testing into release?

how does one get mod_wsgi from http://mirror.opencsw.org/testing.html
into http://opencsw.org/packages ?

we tested it successful here by:
  pkgutil -U
  pkgutil -u
  pkgutil -t http://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw/testing -i  ap2_modwsgi.

the last command offered to upgrade other packages as well, but i did
not says yes to stay on the current productive version.

then we did a successful test with:
 - native installed trac-0.11.4, using csw subversion-1.6.1,
displaying svn-1.5 format repositories.
 - native installed mercurial-1.1
