I'm working on add my packages to mgar, but I can't get "make fetch" to
work.

So I tried "make fetch" in an existing package, libxml2, and it doesn't
work there either!

I suspect I must have some broken utility in my PATH. Any idea what?
I've check the obvious:
sed, gsed, awg, gawk, find, make, gmake,

And what happened to the ":" in the ftp URL?
