The errors look as though the file CSWlibxml2.depend is missing from
the trunk/files directory where it would be expected to live.  Can you
see the file in the directory?

As long as the proxy settings are proper (for wherever you're doing
the fetch), you should be fine.

: is a special character in Make, so urls for fetching are stipped of
them.  The actual wget commands add them back in (gar.lib.mk, if
you're interested).
