[csw-maintainers] link against an old version of neon, again ?

hi,

http://www.opencsw.org/packages/CSWneon/ shows that old versions of neon are
linked. how can this be especially for the recently built subversion
package?

we had that issue already some time ago:

subversion : Linked against old neon library (0.26)
