[csw-maintainers] solicitation of feedback on apache2 issue

I've had a request to change the default apache2 user from nobody to
webservd, following the sol10 SUNWapache2. While this isn't a _bad_
idea, it wouldn't work out of the box on sol9.

I agree that nobody (a CSW set value) isn't a good choice for this
given the use of that uid for various other things (nfs, etc) and
think that even using the apache default daemon would be a better
option.

The third option is to add a csw specific account for our apache
package to use by default.

I'm not sure if a change is actually warranted at this point as many
sites that care about this issue will have added their own account
ages ago anyway. If it is warranted, I think I'd lean toward adding a
cswap2 user/group to the system...

What do others think?

Thanks
-Ben
