[csw-maintainers] FYI: Automatic deletion of released packages from testing/

Hi,

automatic deletion of released packages is now active. So just
leave packages in testing/ after copying them over to newpkgs/
and don't bother deleting them. Only *identical* packages are
deleted. Files like these keep laying around, please remove
them manually:
