[csw-maintainers] libtool rearranges linker arguments and puts -L/opt/csw/lib last

svn-1.6.7 also was complaining about a missing .la file, while svn-1.6.6 did
not. i had no time to track down if this was caused by a libtool upgrade in
between the build, or the subversion build changed.
