[csw-maintainers] New features in checkpkg

I've just pushed a relatively big update[1] to checkpkg.  Here's the
summary of changes:

* understands alternative dependencies; if two packages provide
foo.so.1, dependency on any of them is sufficient

* offers better on-screen messages, e.g. explains the specifics of
every soname-not-found error, or a needed dependency

* supports $ORIGIN in RPATH, including relative paths such as "$ORIGIN/.."

* performance tweaks allow it to process the whole catalog in ~90
minutes including extracting all packages, or in 30 minutes for
incremental updates

* uses database backend for package stats storage


You may purge your whole ~/.checkpkg directories.

To get the update, please update your GAR sources.  As always, if
