[csw-maintainers] problems with upstream notification

So... i got this email message, and there are two problems with it.

1. Subject line claims "Glib" but it is not. The filename would appear
to be associated with pm_gtk2.

2. it should not be telling me about it.

Theres a side issue, though, that I dont even see any USTREAM_WATCH,
or whatever, magic in
cpan/Gtk2/trunk/Makefile, so it seems even more confused than the
above two items indicate.

I'd offer more info, but that's about as far as I understand this stuff.

What's going on....?
