[csw-maintainers] performance co-pilot

Turns out that someone has done a fair amount of work in providing a
port of "performance co-pilot" to solaris, in the actual upstream
source tree.
They've even gone so far as to work on SMF integration!!

$ more postinstall
#!/bin/sh
# Import PCP services into SMF but do not start them - let admin do it
# when and it she's ready.

svccfg import /var/svc/manifest/application/pcp.xml


Would anyone be interested in packaging this up?
