[csw-maintainers] apache 1.3 retirement?

Yes, other than RT, sqwebmail and possibly htdig[1] everything else is
a module for apache that would be retired along side of it.  The
sqwebmail could be updated (or simply unrolled, modified and
re-rolled) to have the deps updated to apache....it may or may not
require other tweaks.

[1] Are people still using this?  The site has a 2004 copyright on
    it...
