[csw-maintainers] old gcc4* packages in catalog

Hi all,

dragging this one back from the dead: the presence of these obsolete packages on the build farm is causing me problems when I try to build software with the Fortran compilers. Can we either remove gcc4g95 and gcc4g95_rt from the build farm systems or push out the stub packages that Phil propsed below?

The problems with gcc4g95 and gcc4g95_rt are documented here: http://lists.opencsw.org/pipermail/users/2009-August/008350.html
