Is it easy (or possible) to ask the tool for only 2+ week old packages
or does it simply do all differences.  (Personally I'm ok with a full
push in this manual case as we need to open the flow again.  This goes
against the idea of unstable though, which is to have a gating
period.)

We do need signing in place though.  Dago, any ideas about getting
mail from cswsign to the world?  I'd happily do an exim config on the
web host in the buildfarm that can accept mail from internal systems
and relay to mail.opencsw.org if you'd like...maybe Baltic Online has
something else in place for this though?

We need to get pkgutil-ALL.pkg in place there, but otherwise it looks
good to me.

Yes, I used the wrong names, but the idea is the same.  I think we
should push anything from unstable to dublin that has been there for
2+ weeks.
