Maciej and Ihsan, would you please generate a new key and install it
into the catalogsign account on cswsign in the buildfarm?  I'll ensure
that you're notified when the passphrase times out.  We should maybe
add a third person with the ability to reset the passphrase, but that
can be a separate discussion.
