[csw-maintainers] Integrating from unstable to dublin

I've generated the current diff for integration from unstable to dublin:

(the .txt extension makes Apache use a browser-viewable mime type)

Those who care can review the package change list.

We won't integrate just yet. There currently are serious bugs in the
MySQL package (startup script, quickstart script), which I need to fix
before we integrate.
