[csw-maintainers] Most shared directory entries

It's an old thing one, but perhaps worth mentioning. These are the
most popular shared directories, meaning that there are multiple
packages that ship them. Given relatively large numbers of packages
shipping these directories, perhaps we could move the ownership of
these directories to CSWcommon and gradually remove them from the
packages?
