Interestingly, this is by far my preferred method of handling things.
That is how things used to work, years ago.
But more recently, some people have taken an attitude of, "that's not
*policy*.. where's that written down?
if it's not 'policy' (and written to EXACTLY ADDRESS this situation),
then I'm going to do it my way, and I'm going to ignore anything you
have to say. "

I really dont like working that way. But people have been screaming
for policy,policy, policy.
So here we are.
