[csw-maintainers] New link for OpenCSW bootstrapping

Hi William,

I and Ihsan have set up some aliasing which allows for more
easy-to-remember bootstrapping of Solaris:
 pkgadd -d http://get.opencsw.org/now

The /now is necessary until bug 7061591 is resolved.

William: How about adding this more prominently on the webpage?
