[csw-maintainers] pkg-config setup for X11 ?

This is fatally wrong.


Remove PKG_CONFIG_PATH completely. Then make sure that
sunx11_devel
is installed.
That hacks in pkgconfig knowlege of x11, xext, xproto, and a few other things.
