[csw-maintainers] wiki access?

i tried to edit http://wiki.opencsw.org as user ThurnerRupert, but it would
not let me. joining returned:
 You can not apply.
It seems you have already applied for membership.
where does such an application go? it seems to be my fault that i cannot
remember when i applied, and not tracking it ...
