I did read it.  The key escrow scenarios in the writeup make certain
assumptions, which may or may not be true.  I am confident that escrow
can be done right.

In what form did you expect the ballot for review?  I've given a
description: 4x two-element yes/no radio button.  I've seen no
objections to this ballot design.
