[csw-maintainers] freshening up Ganglia packages/need rrdtool

That means you must feed the obsoleted package in one go together
with the other packages to csw-upload-pkg so checkpkg can check
all of them at once. You can just
  mgar spotless
  mgar platforms
and the packages should be fine for uploading.
